I guess I mean placement, etc. I'm making them hot pink, bright orange or cherry red, so they're not really to brighten up my complexion. I don't want the entire underside of my hair dyed either. I have bangs and layers, and my hair is about 3 inches past my shoulders. Any suggestions?Creative ways of highlighting hair?
