Hello question about highlighting hair at home but am concerned because of pervious colouring HELP PLZ

hi so i want to highlight my hair and i want to get like a carmel colour highlight (but i wont go to a professional) i have originally dark brown hair, almost black and it doesn't take colour very well. but in june i dyed my hair a dark golden blonde colour and it came out brown but more with a reddish hue. if i highlight my hair with a carmel colour will my hair come out like on the box or will it come out a different colour because its been coloured before? thanks.Hello question about highlighting hair at home but am concerned because of pervious colouring HELP PLZ

Definetly another color, especially since you have color treated hair. If you have colored your hair then do not color it at home unless doing the same color or your hair has grown out. You will not be happy with the results. Also, if your hair has regrowth (roots are different color than dyed part of hair) than you will have different shades on your regrowth.
om my gosh i have the same exact hair color and i was also thinking about dying my hair a carmel color too!!!!! freaky but anyways, i'm pretty sure it will come out that color on the box.. but if you want to make surethen go to a profeessional to get it perfect but there offly expensive there. well hope i helped and it will look really look cute on you!!!!!!
