The girl at Sally's told me to use 40% cream developer, the package says to use 20%.Has anyone ever used Prism Lites for highlighting hair?
never put 40 on your hair it can cause chemical burns to your head. the workers at sallys are not professional stylists. prism lites with 20 pulled thru a cap left until inside of banana color will let a nice light blonde color.
