TRUST ME! Household objects can either A. damage your hair. or B. Turn your highlights the most ugliest shade EVER!!!
Wal*Mart has highlighting kits for $10! And it's actually not that bad IF your only looking to go 2/3 shades lighter then what you are now.
Hope I helped! Believe me, household stuff isn't really going cut it without ruining your hair, go to a pro and if you dont want to do that, go to Wal*Mart and buy a kit!
