Can you use tint instead of powder bleach to do highlights using foils for less damage?Highlighting hair with foils?
If you mean blonde dye then no. It will fade and be more damaging in the long run than the bleach is. Thats because you have to keep redying the parts you already dyed to keep the color. If you get a good bleach and do it properly your hair won't get much damage at all. I recommend the loreal paris champagne. its this one.

This is the best one I have ever used. You have to make sure to use the toner as well. Then get shampoo for highlighted hair. I recommend shimmer lights shampoo and whatever conditioner you want to use.
